Msr Spices

We have been here near Market Junction in Kottarakara for a while now. Most people know where the shop is because they walk past it on their way to the main market. It gets pretty loud outside during the day, but that is just how it is around here. We spend a lot of time sorting through bags of turmeric, chili, and coriander. Sometimes the dust from the peppers makes us sneeze, but you get used to it after a few years. It is a small place, nothing fancy. We just keep things moving. My brother usually handles the weighing while I talk to the regulars who come in for their weekly supply. We do not have some big factory setup or anything. It is just a couple of us working with the spices, making sure they are dry and clean before they go into the packets. The building itself is old, but it stays cool enough inside even when it is hot out. Some days are busier than others, especially when the local restaurants send someone over to pick up a bulk order. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the bags pile up a bit when a shipment arrives. People mostly come to us because they know we are right here at the junction and they can see what we are doing. It is honest work, keeps us busy from morning till the sun goes down.
