Lamode International

Lamode International is based in Chappanangadi. It’s a quiet enough place compared to the big cities. We’ve been here for a while now, just running our daily operations. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it works for what we do. We have a small group of people working here. Everyone knows each other. We don't have those big corporate meetings or anything. We just talk over tea and get to work. Most of our day is spent dealing with the stuff we produce and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes things get a little disorganized, but we always find our way through it. It’s a very local vibe. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big offices or expensive furniture. We have desks that have been here for years and chairs that squeak a bit. That’s just part of the charm, I guess. We like being in Chappanangadi. It’s home for us. People in the area know us by name, which is nice. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. We just focus on what we have to do every day. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. We show up, do the work, and go home when the sun starts to set. It’s a steady life and we are thankful for the neighbors who support us.
