Muskaan Rotopack Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Chegur Village. Our address is Syno 825 to 829. We do a lot of packaging work here. The facility is quite large because the printing presses take up a lot of space. It’s a loud environment when all the machines are running at once. We have a crew of operators who know how to handle the ink and the rollers. We don’t have a fancy head office in the city. We prefer being out here where we have the room to move materials around. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of the prints and making sure the rolls are packed correctly. Sometimes we have issues with the machines, and we have to spend hours fixing them. It’s just part of the job. We don’t use corporate lingo or have many meetings. We just get the work orders and start the machines. The village is quiet, so our factory is one of the bigger things around. We have some people who have worked here since we started. We don't have a polished front desk. If you visit, you'll probably see us in our work clothes covered in a bit of ink. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We just focus on getting the packaging out on time to our customers.
