Our business is out on the Aluva Munnar Road. We are in the Nellikkuzhi area, right near the Ayurvedic Hospital. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. We deal with imports and exports, mostly moving goods around for people. The office is right by the road, so we see all the trucks going towards Munnar all day long. It gets quite dusty sometimes because of all the traffic and the dry wind. We have a small warehouse space and a front office where we handle the paperwork. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have some heavy wooden desks and a lot of old files piled up. My cousin helps out with the accounts sometimes when he has free time. We’ve been here for a while and know the local transporters quite well. People stop by to ask about shipping prices or just to see what we have in stock at the moment. The weather here can be a bit humid, so we keep the fans going all day. We start early in the morning because that’s when the logistics are easiest to manage. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. We don't use big words or have any corporate strategy. We just move stuff from point A to point B for our customers. If you are driving towards the hills, you’ll pass us on the left side of the road. It’s a practical business run by people who grew up around here. We just keep things moving every day.
