We are located in Wyra, right near the Ayappaswamy Temple. If you are heading that way, you can’t really miss the dairy division. It’s been our home for a long time. The morning starts really early for us because that’s just how the dairy business works. You can hear the temple bells sometimes when it’s quiet, which is a nice way to start the shift. We have a lot of machinery running, so it’s rarely actually quiet once we get going. The floors are always getting washed down, and there’s a lot of steam around. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and checking the tanks. We aren’t a corporate office with desks and computers everywhere; it’s more about the actual production side of things. Some of the guys have been working here since the beginning. We know each other’s families and stuff like that. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the monsoon season, which makes things a bit tricky for the trucks. We just deal with it as it comes. We focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is handled properly before it goes out. It’s a straightforward life here in Wyra. We don’t spend much time on the computer or writing fancy reports. We’d rather be out on the floor making sure the machines are running like they should. It's just us doing our thing. The local tea stall delivers to us every morning.
