About Yashoda Stones – Building & Construction Material in Kota
Yashoda Stones is right on Road No 6 in the industrial area. If you come down this way, you will see plenty of dust and trucks. That is just the nature of working with stone. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s a loud place because of the machinery and the heavy lifting, but we are used to it by now. My boots are always grey from the stone dust. We spend our mornings checking the slabs that arrived and seeing what needs to be cut or moved. It is heavy work and my back feels it some days. There aren't many trees around here, just buildings and sheds. When someone stops by looking for something specific, we just walk them through the yard and show them what we have on the ground. It is all very direct. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. You just find us near the cutters or by the back gate. The industrial area gets really busy around noon with all the transport lorries trying to turn around in the narrow lanes. Sometimes the water supply is a bit of a struggle, but we manage to get by. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. It’s a basic operation, really. Just some people, some heavy stone, and a lot of manual labor every single day on Road No 6. It keeps us busy enough to not worry about much else.
