Yash Confectionery

Yash Confectionery is tucked away on Keshavpura Mainn Road, right near the Masjid Wali Gali in Kota. We mostly deal with sweets, biscuits, chocolates, and other small snacks that people enjoy. It’s a popular spot for the kids who live in the Gali and around Keshavpura. We have jars of candies lined up on the counter and different packets of chips hanging up. The shop isn't very big, but it’s always full of stuff. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass jars and organizing the shelves. During the hot Rajasthan afternoons, things go a bit slow, but it picks up again once the sun starts to set. We get all kinds of people coming in, some just looking for a quick treat and others buying stuff for their families. We don't have any fancy decorations or big brand advertisements inside. It's just a simple confectionery where you can get what you want quickly. My family helps out with the shop, especially during the busy evening hours. We’ve been here long enough that we know which kids like which sweets. It’s a nice way to be part of the community. Sometimes we talk to the neighbors while they wait for their orders. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here on the main road. We keep adding new snacks whenever we find something the local people might like to try.
