You can find us on the road that goes toward the Jain Dharamshala near Kota Junction. It’s a spot that gets a lot of foot traffic from people catching trains or visiting the temple. We keep a variety of sweets and packaged snacks on the shelves. It’s not a huge place, just a decent-sized shop where you can grab some biscuits or a cold drink when you’re passing by. The morning starts with getting the fresh stuff laid out and making sure everything looks okay. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving. We see a lot of travelers who are just in town for a day. They stop by for something quick to eat. I don't have some big philosophy about it, I just like keeping the jars filled and the counter clean. Sometimes we run out of the popular items by evening and I have to remind the guy to bring more from the storehouse. The Jain Dharamshala Road is always a bit lively, especially during festivals or special days. We’ve been sitting here for a good amount of time now, so people know where to find us. It’s just a small business run by local people. We don't do anything too complicated. If you want a snack or some local sweets, we’re usually around. The shop stays open until the station traffic dies down at night.
