Uttam Kirana Store

Uttam Kirana Store is right there on Station Road, which as you probably know, is always a bit loud and full of people passing by. We have been at this spot for quite a while now. It is a small shop, but we pack a lot of different things into the little space we have. From cooking oil and bags of flour to the small things like matches, salt, and candles, we try to keep it all. Being near the station means we see all sorts of people. Some are just traveling through and need a bottle of water, while others live right around the corner and come in for their monthly groceries. We do not have a website or any of that stuff, just the shop front where we stand every day. It is a lot of lifting heavy bags and weighing out grains on the scale, especially when it is the start of the month and everyone is buying in bulk. The shelves are a bit tall and sometimes they get a bit dusty, but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find what a customer asks for quickly. We are not trying to be the biggest store in town. We just want to make sure the local families can get their supplies without having to go too far. It is a regular life here on Station Road.
