Teena General Store

Teena General Store is located near the Radha Krishan Mandir at the DCM Chauraha in Kota. This is a busy area, especially since it’s on the Dcm Road and not too far from Kota-Jn. The chauraha always has a lot of traffic, with motorcycles and rickshaws going in every direction. We get a lot of people who are stopping by on their way to or from the temple. The morning is usually my favorite time because it is a bit cooler and you can hear the bells from the mandir. The shop is packed with general items like soaps, snacks, and basic grocery stuff. I try to keep everything organized, but it gets messy when we have a lot of customers at once. The shelves are quite old and they creak a bit, but they hold everything we need. I don't really have any staff, so I do everything myself, from stocking the goods to sweeping the floor. Sometimes the neighborhood kids come in just to see what new snacks we have. It is a simple shop in a busy part of Kota. I have been here for years and I know most of the people who live around the DCM area. It is just a regular life, keeping the shop open and making sure I have enough change in the drawer for the customers.
