It’s a typical urban setup. We have a ground-floor space that we’ve turned into our main working area. There are chairs for everyone and enough desk space for the laptops and the piles of notes we accumulate. We don’t go for the high-end look at all. Everything here is used and has a bit of character to it. We deal with various technical tasks throughout the day. Some people come by to drop off documents, and others just call our office phone. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. The humidity in Chennai is something we deal with every single day, so the windows are usually open to catch a breeze or the AC is humming in the background. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to make things work. We value being consistent. When someone asks us to look at a project, we take our time and do it right without cutting corners. It’s a simple business model that has worked for us so far. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home to our families in the evening.
