We operate out of Kunhadi, specifically in Riddhi Siddhi Nagar. If you know this part of town, it's growing pretty fast lately. We do building work and look after properties around here. Our office isn't anything to brag about. It's just a room with some maps on the wall and a few chairs for when people stop by to ask about plots or construction projects. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual sites, checking on how the walls are coming up or if the materials arrived like they were supposed to. Dealing with contractors and labor is what fills most of our days. Sometimes things go smooth and other times there are delays with the permits or the weather doesn't cooperate. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. My phone rings all day long with questions from buyers or workers on the site. It's a lot of coordination and talking to people. Kunhadi has changed a lot since we started out. There are more houses now and the roads are getting much busier than they used to be. We’re just local people doing local building work. It’s not complicated, just steady work that keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't use fancy brochures or marketing tricks; we just show people what we've actually built with our own hands. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us.
