Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd

Our office for Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd is located on the first floor of a building on Mala Road in Kota. We are in Flat No: 103, right across the street from the Balmandir School. It’s a busy little area, and you can always hear the kids playing during their breaks. The office is managed by Srinivasulu D, who keeps everything organized. It’s not a very big space, just a few rooms filled with desks, chairs, and stacks of paper. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big sign outside. We just need a place to sit down and figure out the logistics for our construction sites. The walls are a bit plain and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it’s a good place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and workers. Usually, there is a lot of tea drinking and map reading going on. We keep track of all our projects in Rajasthan from this flat. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open for a breeze. We are just regular people trying to do a good job with our building projects. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. If you’re in the area, you’ll see our team coming and going all day. There is always someone here to help with questions or drop off paperwork.
