Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd

Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd is based out of Flat No: 103 on the first floor over on Mala Road in Kota. We are right opposite the Balmandir School, which makes it easy to find if you know the neighborhood. It’s a simple setup we have here. There isn't any big corporate lobby, just a couple of rooms where we handle the day-to-day business. Srinivasulu D handles a lot of the coordination from this office. Rajasthan weather can get quite hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we sort through project plans and paperwork. Working in construction means we spend a lot of time on site, but this flat is where the planning happens. We keep our logs here and talk to the guys in the field. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the school across the street, but we don't mind much. It’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s central for our team. You’ll mostly see us drinking tea and looking at site photos or arguing over delivery dates for cement. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't go for anything flashy, we just want to make sure the work gets finished. If you need to find the place, just head toward Mala Road and look for the school. It’s a practical spot for us and we've been here for a good while now.
