Sumit Confectioners

You can find Sumit Confectioners right on the Rampura Bazar Main Road. It’s a very busy street with people constantly walking by and cars trying to push through. Our shop has been in this spot for quite a while now. We sell all kinds of sweets and snacks that people like to grab when they are out shopping. The glass counters are filled with different items, and we try to keep everything looking decent. It isn't a huge place, so it can get pretty crowded inside during the evening rush. We start early in the morning to get everything ready before the crowds arrive. There is always a lot of cleaning to do to keep the place tidy. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us working behind the counter and serving the folks who come in. Some of them have been coming here since they were kids. We know many of our customers by name. The noise from the main road is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't do much in terms of advertising; the smell of the food usually brings people in. Sumit Confectioners is a simple local shop.
