Subham Kirana&General Store

Subham Kirana&General Store is located on Jhalawad Road in the Anantpura area of Kota, Rajasthan. Being on the main Jhalawar Road means we see a lot of traffic and people passing through every day. Kota is a busy city with many students and families, and our shop in the 324001 area tries to keep up with what they need. We have a lot of items like snacks, instant noodles, and cold drinks which are popular with the younger crowd. We also stock all the regular groceries like dal, rice, and spices for the local households. The weather here can be very hot, so we have a fan that runs all day long. The shop is a simple building with no fancy decorations. We spend a lot of our time checking the stock and making sure nothing is running out. Sometimes the delivery trucks arrive late, and we have to wait around to unload the heavy sacks. It is hard work, but it’s what we do. We don't have any big company rules or anything; it’s just us running the place as best as we can. Most people who live in Anantpura know us and just stop by whenever they need something for their kitchen. It is a very basic store for the community.
