Soma Enterprises And Limited is based out of Kota, specifically at 31-Pratap Nagar in the Dada Bari area. Gaurav Sharma and his father, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, started things here and it has been a family-run kind of place ever since. Kota is a busy city with all the students and the heat, and our office is right in the thick of it. The house is where we do most of our thinking and planning. It is a comfortable spot, not at all like those glass buildings you see in the big cities. We have our desks set up in a way that allows us to talk to each other while we work. There is always a pot of tea going and usually some snacks on the table. We handle a lot of different things from this office, and it can get a bit hectic during the peak season. Even with all the work, we try to keep a friendly vibe. We know our neighbors and often chat with them when we are heading out for lunch. It is a very grounded way to work. We don't have a mission statement or a big list of rules. We just show up every morning and try to get through the work without making too many mistakes. It is just about being consistent and doing a decent job for the people who rely on us.
