We've been here on Khai Road in Nayapura for a good while now. It’s just a small shop, Sohan Watch House, where we deal with all sorts of timepieces. Most days it’s just us sitting behind the counter, looking through those tiny magnifying glasses to see what’s wrong with a spring or a battery. People from around the neighborhood stop by when their wall clock stops ticking or if they need a new strap for their wrist. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic outside on Khai Road, but we keep the glass cases wiped down as much as we can. We have some old mechanical watches and the newer digital ones too. Sometimes a customer comes in just to ask the time or get a link removed from a metal band. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular spot in Nayapura. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know how to handle gears and small screws. If you walk down the main stretch, you'll see our sign. The light in the back is a bit dim, but it works for the detail work we do. It’s quiet in here compared to the street, just the sound of different clocks ticking at different speeds. We just try to get the jobs done so people can get back to their day on time. We like the work and the people who visit.
