Shree Pradeep Kumar Kirana Store

Our store is located in Balaji Market, which is right by Kota Junction. Since we are so close to the railway station, we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just passing through and need a few things for their train journey, while others are locals who live nearby. We keep a lot of staple items like rice, wheat, and different types of dal. It’s a kirana store, so it’s mostly about the things people need for their daily meals. The market is always busy with people carrying luggage and the sound of the trains in the background. Shree Pradeep Kumar Kirana Store is a bit small and cluttered because we try to keep a little bit of everything. There are soaps, matches, and packets of spices hanging from the ceiling on strings to save space. We open very early in the morning because that’s when the first trains start coming in and people are looking for tea or snacks. It’s a lot of work to keep the shelves stocked, especially when the big deliveries come in. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us working here. The floor is just simple stone and the walls have some old calendars on them. We don't really do anything special, just provide the things people need when they are at the Junction. It can be exhausting with the constant noise, but we have gotten used to it over the years.
