Shree Om Biscuit Store

We are set up in the Nayapura Super Market area at Shree Om Biscuit Store. As the name says, we have a lot of biscuits and dry snacks stacked up. The shop smells like flour and sugar most of the time, which is nice, but you stop noticing it after a while. We have those big glass jars and plastic containers filled with different kinds of rusks and cookies. The super market can be a busy place on the weekends, so we have to make sure we don't run out of the popular stuff. It’s mostly just us standing behind the counter and helping people pick out what they want for their tea time. We get deliveries of new stock quite often, so there are usually a few cardboard boxes sitting around waiting to be unpacked. The Nayapura area is easy to get to, and we see a mix of regular faces and people just passing through the market. We don't do anything complicated here. We just make sure the biscuits stay crisp and the shelves look somewhat tidy, though it’s hard when things move fast. It’s a small business, and we treat it that way, just focusing on the daily sales and making sure the shop stays open for whoever needs a snack. It’s a steady kind of work that keeps us on our feet all day long.
