Shree Mohan Ji Fruit Chat Bhandar

Shree Mohan Ji Fruit Chat Bhandar is a small spot you can find on Kaithooni Pole Road. We are out there every day with our fruits and our cutting boards. It is a very old and narrow part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise from the people walking by and the bikes squeezing through. We don't have a big fancy shop with air conditioning; it’s just a simple counter where we display the seasonal fruits we get from the market every morning. We spend a lot of our time peeling, slicing, and mixing the fruit with some spices to make the chat. It’s a healthy snack for people who are passing through the market or going to work. The road is always dusty, so we try our best to keep the fruit covered and clean. We use small disposable bowls and wooden spoons to serve everyone. It’s a simple routine: we set up in the morning, serve the crowd during the day, and pack up when the sun goes down. We have been on Kaithooni Pole Road for a while now, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a friendly enough place, even with all the shouting and the traffic. We don't have a big menu, just whatever fruit is fresh and good that day. It’s just us making simple food for the locals in our neighborhood.
