Shree Baba Stones

Shree Baba Stones is situated in Village Dara, right near the Dara Station. We are part of the Tehsil Kanwas area. Being so close to the station helps a lot with moving our materials around, though it can get pretty loud when the trains go by. Our setup here is very basic. It is essentially a large open space where we keep all the stones we get from the nearby areas. My family has been involved in this for a while now, and we just keep things running day to day. We don't have any polished sales pitch or a fancy office building. Most of our time is spent outside in the yard, checking the blocks and making sure they are ready for whatever project someone is working on. The sun gets really hot out here in Dara, but we are used to it. We deal with local builders and people from the village who are just trying to fix up their homes. It’s a simple life and a simple business. If you are looking for us, just head towards the station and you will see the piles of stone. We don't do much advertising because most people just find us by passing by or asking around the village. Even on official papers for the Dist- area, we are just listed simply. It’s a practical operation where we focus on the inventory we have on hand. We try to keep a good variety so there is something for everyone who stops in. We don't mind the dust or the hard work because it is what we have always known.
