Our clinic, Shiv Clinic, is over on Keshav Mandir Marg in Keshorai Patan. It’s a busy spot, especially because the temple is right there, so there are always people moving around. The building is older, and we’ve been using this space for a long time. It’s not a big medical center with lots of departments, just a couple of rooms where the doctor sees patients. I’m usually the one who opens the shutters in the morning and sweeps the front step. It gets really dusty around here with all the bikes and carts passing by. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; it’s just us. Most of our patients are people we see every day at the market. We treat things like stomach aches, skin rashes, and the usual seasonal flu. The benches in the waiting area are wooden and a bit hard, but nobody seems to mind much. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. If someone needs us, they just walk in. Sometimes we run out of certain medicines and have to wait for the delivery guy to show up on his scooter. It’s a very local operation. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the people in Keshorai Patan have a place to go when they feel sick. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy.
