We are based over in Nowgong, in the Chhatarpur district. Our place is in Virendra Colony, which is a decent area where most people know each other. Working in infrastructure out here in Madhya Pradesh means we spend a lot of time traveling to different sites. The roads can be rough sometimes, but that’s just part of the job. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up in the morning before heading out. We’ve been involved in various local projects for quite some time now. Some days are spent entirely on the phone trying to get materials delivered, while other days we are out in the sun all day long. It gets quite hot here in the summer, which makes the work tougher, but we’re used to it. We don't spend much money on advertising or fancy signs. Most of our work comes from people knowing who we are and what we’ve done in the past. It's a simple operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track. We take things as they come and try to do right by the community around us. It isn't always smooth, but we make sure the job gets finished one way or another. That's just how we operate around here and it seems to work out fine.
