Sarmadi Arts

Sarmadi Arts is located at the Mohd. Ashfaque Bhaijan Memorial, near the Shripura Old Motor Stand. This is a very specific part of town that has a lot of character and history. The area around the Old Motor Stand is always moving, with people coming and going at all hours. Our space is tucked into the memorial building itself. It is a place that feels like it has a lot of stories behind it. We do not have any modern office furniture or bright LED lights. Instead, we have older tables and a lot of shelves filled with various items we have collected. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we do not mind the squeeze. Working at Sarmadi Arts means being in the middle of a very lively neighborhood. You can hear the sounds of the street and the engines from the motor stand nearby all day long. It is not a place for someone who wants total silence while they work. We like it because it feels real and grounded. We spend our hours here working on our projects and managing the daily chores that come with running a business like this. There is no polished corporate manual for how we do things. We just figure it out as we go. The floors are a bit uneven and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint eventually.
