Sanghi Industries Lmited

We are based in Kota, specifically over in the Talwandi area at 2D44. It’s a pretty standard residential-turned-commercial spot, nothing too flashy. Being in Rajasthan, we deal with the heat quite a bit, but we’ve got our setup here to handle the Sanghi Industries Lmited business. The office is basically where the planning happens. We aren't a big flashy corporation with glass walls; it's more of a place where we sit down and figure out the logistics for the day. Most of us have lived in Kota for years, so we know the shortcuts and the local rhythms. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main markets, which is nice for getting things done. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It isn't the most exciting work, but it's steady and it's what we know. Sometimes we have people dropping in to ask about orders or just to say hello. We keep a few extra chairs for that. There's no script for how we talk to people; we just tell them how it is. If there's a delay, we say so. If things are on track, we get back to work. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from filing to answering the door. We just try to keep things organized in our own way without making a big production out of it. It works for us.
