We are out in Rajasthan, specifically at 1 F 18 in Aawaasn Mandal. Kota is known for many things, but we are just here focusing on glass. The office is a simple one, located in a housing board area. It's dry and hot most of the year, so we keep the blinds closed during the afternoon. We handle the paperwork and the logistics for the glass business from this small desk. There’s usually a layer of fine dust on everything no matter how much we clean, which is just part of living in this region. We have a few samples of glass sitting around, showing different thicknesses and tints. It’s not a showroom, just a place to work. We don't use big words or fancy titles. We just call each other by our names and get the orders processed. The local tea stalls are where we spend our breaks, talking to the other shop owners. It’s a slow-paced life compared to the big cities, but we prefer it that way. We've been part of the Samtel group for a while, but this branch feels very independent. We know the local transporters and the guys who move the heavy crates. Everything is about being practical and getting the glass where it needs to go without it breaking. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve got a good routine down now.
