Down on Shripura Subhash Marg, that’s where you will find Sakya Property & Auto Deal. We deal with both property and cars, so there is usually a mix of things happening outside our door. Sometimes there is a bike parked out front that someone wants to sell, or a car that’s been polished up. Other times, it’s just people coming in to talk about a house or a piece of land. Shripura is a lively area. There is always noise from the street, people calling out to each other and vehicles moving past. Our office is small and gets a bit crowded when more than three people are inside. We have some old posters on the wall and a desk that is always covered in keys and papers. It can get pretty chaotic but we know where everything is. The sun hits the front window in the afternoon and makes it really warm, so we usually have a small fan going full speed. We don't bother with fancy decorations. People come to us because they know we are here on Subhash Marg and we've been doing this for a while. It’s a straightforward business. We show what we have, talk about the price, and see what happens. No big speeches or anything like that. Just regular talk about cars and houses. It keeps us busy from morning till evening, and that is just fine with us. We just try to get things done.
