S R N Group is our business and we operate out of E-8 in the Chambal Industrial Area in Kota, Rajasthan. Being in an industrial zone means we’re surrounded by factories and big warehouses. There’s always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. It’s a dusty place and it gets incredibly hot in the peak of summer, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been at this location for a good many years. Our work is pretty varied, but it all revolves around the industrial needs of the area. We have a small office space that’s mostly filled with files and some samples of what we deal with. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy carpets or designer furniture. It’s a functional space for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We have a small team here and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. There isn't a lot of hierarchy; we just see what needs doing and get it done. Sometimes the days are long, especially when we have big shipments coming in or out. We don't spend much time on social media or advertising. Most of our work comes from being right here in the middle of the action in Kota. It’s a steady, practical way to live and work, and it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs properly.
