Rachna Consultant is based out of D-104 in Mahaveer Nagar. We’ve been around this neighborhood for quite some time now, and most people here know where to find us. We don't do a lot of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Our office is a simple setup where we handle various consulting and design tasks. It’s not a high-rise building with elevators; it’s just a regular spot in Mahaveer Nagar where we can sit down and focus. We spend our days looking at structural plans and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the right people show up at the right time, which is harder than it sounds. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our clients. We just explain things in a way that makes sense to anyone. If a wall shouldn't be moved, we say so. We’re not here to sell people things they don't need. Most of our work is just practical problem-solving. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days we're just quietly working through a stack of blueprints. We like the rhythm of it. Being at D-104 makes us easy to reach for locals. We’re just a small team doing our best to help people with their building and design projects. No fuss, just straightforward work every day of the week to keep projects moving along.
