This little shop is located on Gumanpura Road, specifically at Kotri F 4. It’s a busy spot with plenty of traffic going by all day long. Most of our day is spent helping people who dropped their phones or need a new SIM card for their device. We have a glass counter filled with different models, some new and some that have been around for a while. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the street noise, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with empty boxes and bubble wrap everywhere. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, that usually goes out the window. We sell recharge vouchers and those glass screen protectors that everyone seems to need these days. It’s funny how many people come in with a phone that fell in water or got stepped on. We try our best to dry them out, though it doesn't always work as planned. We’ve been here for a while now, so we know most of the regular faces who pass by every morning. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just this one room with a repair bench in the back. If someone needs a cheap phone for their kid or a new charger because their dog chewed the old one, they come see us. We just keep it simple and keep working until the evening.
