Quereshi Meat Shop

Our shop is right on the Kota Jhalawar Road in Anantpura. It is easy to spot if you are driving by. We have been serving the local neighborhood here for quite some time. The shop opens early so we can get everything ready for the day's customers. We spend a lot of time cleaning and preparing the meat so that it is ready when people come in after work. It is a physical job and you have to be careful with the tools. My sons help me out most days, especially during the holidays when it gets really busy. We have a lot of regular customers who come to us because they know exactly what they are going to get. The road outside is always noisy with traffic, but inside we just focus on our work. We don't have any fancy displays, just the counters and the scales. Sometimes it gets very hot in the afternoons, but we have a small cooler to help a bit. We don't do any big advertising; people just know where we are. It is a family business, and we take pride in being a reliable place for people to get their food. We just try to be fair and do a good job for the folks in Anantpura. It is a lot of standing on our feet, but we don't mind the work.
