Prince Property & Auto Deal

Prince Property & Auto Deal is located right at 2 Aerodrome Circle. It’s a handy spot for us because so many people drive past on their way to work or home. We handle a mix of things here, mostly helping people find a place to live or looking at cars that need a new owner. Having both property and autos keeps us on our toes. One minute we are talking about a plot of land, and the next, someone is asking about an old Maruti or a bike. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit down and talk. We get a lot of sun in the afternoons, which makes it warm, so the fan is always on. We’ve seen the circle get busier over the years. It used to be quieter, but now there is always traffic. That's good for business, I guess. We keep our records in big ledgers and try to stay organized, even when things get hectic with multiple people coming in at once. It’s just a regular local business. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything like that. Just us working here at the circle. If someone needs help with a house or a vehicle, they usually just walk in. We try to be helpful without making things too difficult. It is a straightforward way to earn a living in this part of town and we hope to keep at it for a while.
