We handle the business side of things for the glass company from here. There is a lot of paperwork and administrative stuff to deal with. It is not the most exciting work but it has to be done. We stay focused on the details. Kota is a good place to be because it is well-connected. We have a small group of people who work here. We share snacks in the afternoon and talk about the weather or local news. It is a very normal way to spend a work day. We do not try to pretend to be anything we are not. We just do the work.
