Choudhary Kota Stone Industries

We are located in the Piplya Stone Mines Area in Ramganj Mandi. This is where the Kota stone comes from. Choudhary Kota Stone Industries is right in the middle of all that activity. It is very dusty and the ground is always covered in stone shavings. We spend our days processing the stone that comes from the nearby mines. It’s hard work and the sun is really strong out here in Ramganj Mandi. We don’t have a fancy office or any air conditioning. We just have the shed and the cutting area. You can hear the sound of the machines from far away. People come here to get stone for floors and pathways. We show them the different thicknesses we have. It’s all very straightforward. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy talk. If you want Kota stone this is the place to get it. We load the trucks by hand or with a small lift. It takes a lot of time to get everything ready. Sometimes the rain slows us down because the yard gets muddy. We just wait for it to dry and then get back to it. Our hands are calloused from the rough stone. We’ve been doing this for a long time. It’s just what we know how to do. We keep the stone moving and try to stay busy every day.
