Pawan Pan Palace is found out on Nayapura Baran Road in the Borkheda area. It’s a part of town that has grown a lot lately, but our shop still feels like it did when we first opened. We are right on the edge of the road, so we get a lot of dust from the passing trucks, but that’s just part of life out here. The shop is small and simple, with just enough room for us to work and for a few people to stand inside. We start our day by washing the leaves and making sure all the containers are full. It’s a quiet routine that we’ve perfected over the years. Being on Baran Road means we see a lot of commuters who are either leaving the city or coming back home to Borkheda. We don't use any polished language or try to sound corporate. We are just a local spot where people can get what they need. The walls are a bit bare, and the fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it works fine for us. We know many of our customers by name because they live just around the corner in Nayapura. It’s nice to have those long-term relationships with the people in the neighborhood. We stay open late into the night because that’s when a lot of folks are finally finishing their work. If you are ever out near Borkheda, you’ll see the light on at Pawan Pan Palace and someone waiting at the counter.
