Parampara Gift Shop

Parampara Gift Shop is tucked away at E 28/72, right behind the LIC building on Chhawani Road. Because we are a bit behind the main row of buildings, it stays a little quieter back here than it does out on the main street. We have been in this spot for a while now, surrounded by offices and other small businesses. Our shelves are filled with all sorts of gifts, from small trinkets to larger items that people buy for special occasions. It’s a bit of a mix, really. We don't have a big flashy sign out front, so most people who come in are regulars from the neighborhood or people who work in the nearby offices and need a quick gift during their lunch break. The shop has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it, maybe because we haven't changed the layout in years. We know where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. Sometimes the light in the back corner flickers, but we haven't gotten around to changing the bulb yet. We just spend our days chatting with the neighbors and helping people find something that fits their budget. It's not the kind of place that's going to win any design awards, but it works for us and the people who shop here. It feels more like a part of the community than just a place of business and that makes it worth coming in every morning.
