Paasha Polytex Private Limited

Our workplace is at E-15 Ballabh Bari, which is a busy little pocket in Kota. The sun hits the front door early in the morning, and it stays hot for most of the day. We spend most of our time dealing with polytex materials. It is not a fancy setup. The warehouse is usually full of rolls, and the floor gets quite dusty by noon despite our efforts. Our desks are old and scratched, but they work fine for what we need. When the trucks come in, everyone helps out with the unloading. Usually, one of the guys brings tea from the corner shop around 4 PM, which is the highlight of the afternoon. We do not really do big formal meetings here. Most things are decided over a quick chat near the loading bay or while we are checking the stock. Kota gets really humid during the monsoon, so we have to be careful with the storage. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, and we all know each other’s faces. Sometimes we run out of space and have to rearrange the whole floor, which takes us a few hours of heavy lifting. It is just how things go at this address. We have been in this part of Ballabh Bari long enough that the postman knows exactly where to go without even looking at the sign. We just try to get the orders sorted and sent out before the sun goes down. It is plain work, but it keeps us busy.
