Om Watch Sale & Service Centre

If you are looking for us, we are right near the New Talkiz in Nayapura. Being near the cinema means there is always a lot of foot traffic, especially when a big movie is playing. Our shop is Om Watch Sale & Service Centre. We have been doing this for years, mostly focusing on fixing watches that people thought were done for. We have a lot of tools spread out on the workbench—tweezers, oils, and those little blowers to get the dust out. It’s a slow kind of work. You can’t rush it or you’ll break something even smaller. The shop has a large window in the front where we display some of the watches we sell, but the service part is what keeps us really busy. We change a lot of batteries and fix broken glass. In Nayapura, it gets pretty dusty, so we are always cleaning the watches before we give them back to the customers. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and start working on whatever is on the desk. It’s a local shop for local people. Sometimes we have a cup of tea with the neighbors while we work. It’s a good way to spend the day. We watch the movie crowds come and go while we handle the gears. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of watch oil. It’s not a fancy place, just some old chairs and the glass counters. We keep things going one watch at a time and that’s enough for us.
