Nethy Properties

We are located at 35 Dadabari in the Mahaveernagar Extensions area. It's a pretty quiet spot for the most part, which suits us just fine. Nethy Properties has been operating out of this space for a good while now. It started as a small idea and just kind of grew into our daily job. We spend most of our time looking at property details and talking to neighbors. There’s always someone stopping by to ask about a plot of land or a house nearby. We don’t really do those big glossy brochures you see in the city. Usually, we just write things down on a notepad and show people around the local streets. The office is a bit cramped with all the maps and papers we’ve collected over the years. Sometimes the fan makes a weird clicking noise, but we’ve learned to ignore it. Mahaveernagar is a decent place to be based. You get to know the families and the local shops after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just trying to help folks find what they need without any hassle. Most of our days are spent on the phone or walking around the extension. It's practical work, really. Nothing fancy about it. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in. It’s been an interesting journey so far, seeing how the area has filled out with new buildings and more people.
