We’ve been based here at 2/B 17 in Vigyan Nagar for quite some time. It’s a standard industrial plot, nothing too flashy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly drums, sacks, and containers of various chemicals. We handle the kind of stuff that other factories and businesses need to keep their own processes going. The air usually has a bit of a sharp smell to it, but you get used to it after five minutes. Our days are mostly about checking inventory and making sure the loading is done right. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers; it's mostly regular folks who have been ordering from us for years. Rajasthan is a big place, and while we’re rooted here in Vigyan Nagar, our stuff ends up all over. The office is just a small room off to the side where we keep the ledgers and the phone. We don't use much in the way of high-tech systems, just the basics that work. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the warehouse feel like an oven, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. It’s a straightforward business. We know what we have in stock, and we get it to the people who need it without making a big fuss about it. That is just how we've always done things here. No need to complicate what already works for everyone.
