We are located out in Rajasthan, specifically at Khati Khera in the Chittorgarh district. Our office is set up via Bhabha Nagar and we share the space near Shri Ratan Lal Jain’s house. This isn’t a high-rise office building. It’s a practical site office for our engineering and construction work in the area. The surroundings are quite rural, so there’s a lot of open space and dust. We spend most of our time coordinating with the teams out on the fields. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few computers. We have project maps and schedules pinned up everywhere. It’s a very hands-on place. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Usually, if you walk in, you just find whoever is available. We wear work boots more often than dress shoes. The weather can be very harsh, especially in the middle of summer. We all eat together during lunch, usually sharing whatever has been cooked that morning. It’s a small, tight-knit group here. We don’t go in for big speeches or corporate slogans. We just focus on the engineering tasks that need to be finished. The people in the village know us well. It’s a quiet life compared to the big cities, but there’s always something to do. We like the honesty of the work here. It’s a long way from the main headquarters, but this is where the projects really take shape.
