Mewara Clinic

In the small town of Chhipa Barod, you will find our clinic. It is a modest place where we spend our days seeing the locals. We don't have a big fancy sign, just enough so people know where we are. The clinic consists of a couple of rooms where we do the consultations. It’s a quiet life here for the most part, though market days can get a bit more hectic with more people coming into town. We see a lot of the same faces over and over again, which is nice. We have a simple desk where we keep the patient registers. There isn't any fancy computer system here; we mostly rely on our notes and memory. The benches outside the consultation room are made of wood and have been there for a long time. We try to keep the place cool during the hot months with a few fans spinning on the ceiling. It’s just a regular clinic where we look at minor injuries, fevers, and the usual stuff that bothers people. Sometimes we have to send folks to the bigger hospitals if it's something we can't handle here. We know most of the families in Chhipa Barod by name. It is a small operation, just a few of us working together to keep the doors open and help whoever walks in. It’s just how things are in a small place like this. We just keep our heads down and do the work every single day.
