Maps4Success Llp is located at House Number 42/A in Gali Number 5 of Adarsh Colony. This is in the Kota Junction area. Being near the railway station means we often hear the trains passing by and the whistles blowing, which is just part of the background noise for us now. Adarsh Colony is a fairly old and established part of Kota. Our office is in a narrow lane, Gali Number 5, so parking a car can be a real headache. Most of us just come on bikes. The house itself is a modest structure. We have converted the front rooms into our workspace. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a map of the city on the wall. The atmosphere is very informal. We usually have the door open to let some air in, and we chat with the neighbors as they walk past. It is a very different vibe from the big coaching institutes on the other side of town. Here, it is just a small group of people working together in a residential street. We handle our paperwork and meetings without much ceremony. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, so we just take a break and sit outside. It is an honest, local business life in a busy corner of Kota.
