We are located at Talwandi 4-A-2. It is a pretty straightforward place to find once you get into this part of the city. M Agarwal has been operating out of this specific building for quite some time now. Inside, it is mostly just what you would expect from a local business. We have got desks, some chairs for people to wait in, and a lot of folders. The air conditioner makes a bit of a humming noise that you eventually just stop noticing after an hour or so. We usually open up around the same time every morning and stay until the work is finished. It is not a corporate headquarters or anything like that, just a local spot where we handle our daily business tasks. We talk to people, we help them out with what they need, and we go home. Sometimes the street outside gets crowded, and we can hear the bikes zooming past the front door. We keep a few plants in the corner, but I think someone forgot to water them last week. That is just how things are here. We focus on the practical side of things. If someone walks in, we stop what we are doing and listen to them. It is a simple way to run things, but it has worked for us so far at Talwandi 4-A-2. We are just ordinary people doing our jobs every day without any big fuss or complicated systems.
