Our office is located in Kota, Rajasthan, specifically at H No. 166-A in Ballabh Bari, Gumanpura. It is a fairly standard house that we use for our real estate work. Gumanpura is a well-known area in Kota, so it is pretty easy for people to find us when they are looking for property. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some chairs for clients, a couple of desks, and lots of folders full of property details. Kota is mostly famous for all the students and coaching centers, but people still need homes and land, so that is where we come in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different plots of land around the city. When we are back at the house in Ballabh Bari, we just try to keep up with the paperwork. It can get pretty hot in Rajasthan, so the cooler is always running during the summer months. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just show people what is available and tell them the price. It is a straightforward business. Most of our visitors are local folks from around the neighborhood or people moving to Kota for work. We keep things simple and honest. The building itself has that old Kota charm, and we like being part of the local community here in Gumanpura where everyone knows everyone.
