About L&T Ecc Division. – Metals & Minerals in Kota
We’ve been working out of this spot in Gennavari Palli Colony for a good while now. Tadipatri is a place where everyone knows everyone, and it’s no different for us at the L&T ECC Division. N. Lokeswarreddy is the one you’ll usually find here, managing the day-to-day things. He is the son of N. Nageswar Reddy, a name that carries some history in these parts. The office itself is just a regular building in the colony. It’s not one of those glass skyscrapers you see in big cities. It gets pretty dusty because of the winds, and the heat in Anantapur can be really something else in May. We just keep the fans going and get on with the work. The colony is usually quiet, except for when the kids are playing outside in the evenings. We handle the technical paperwork and some of the planning for the construction projects around the district. Most of the furniture is a bit old, and we have stacks of files that probably need better sorting. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so we just bring our own tiffin boxes from home. It’s a simple, practical setup that works for us and the people we deal with around here. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized as best we can.
