Lali Provision Store

We've been here at Vigyan Nagar Main Road 1/S/5 for quite a while now. Most people around here just know us as the place to grab whatever they ran out of at home. It’s not a huge place, just a regular shop where we keep the usual stuff like lentils, rice, soap, and snacks. Some mornings are really busy when the milk arrives and everyone is rushing to get breakfast ready. Other times, it's pretty quiet and we just sit and watch the traffic go by on the main road. The shelves are packed pretty tight because we try to fit as much as possible so nobody has to go all the way to the bigger markets for small things. My family helps out behind the counter, and we know most of the faces that come through the door by now. Sometimes the kids from the nearby houses come in for a single packet of biscuits or some candy. It gets a bit dusty with all the vehicles passing outside, but that’s just how it is on a main road. We don't have fancy lights or anything like that. Just the basic things you need for the kitchen and the house. If you live around 1/S/5, you've probably walked past us a hundred times. We just keep doing what we do every day, opening up early and closing once it gets late enough. There's always something to restock or a bag of flour to move.
