L T E Engineering Solutions is located at 803 Mahaveer Nagar Second in Kota, Rajasthan. Kota is a place most people associate with students and coaching, but there is a lot of other stuff going on here too. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the engineering work that people need. The heat in Kota during the summer is something else, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and the AC are working right. We have been in Mahaveer Nagar for a while. It is a familiar neighborhood. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our computers and our drafting tables. Sometimes we have clients come by, but mostly we are just working on our own. We keep things simple. No fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. If something needs to be done, whoever is free does it. We’ve seen the area grow quite a bit over the years. More shops and more houses. It keeps the energy up. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to provide a solid service to the people who hire us. It’s an honest way to make a living and we are okay with that. Most evenings we close up around six and head out. There's a little snack stall nearby that makes good samosas, so we often stop there before going home and calling it a day.
