You can find us at Aanchal 40 in Rajeev Gandhi Nagar. The company name is Kay Project Management Solutions Llp, but the office itself is basically a house that we converted. It has a small garden out front that we try to keep alive, though the sun makes it hard. Rajeev Gandhi Nagar is a standard part of town, mostly families living nearby. Working from a house makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of the time, we are busy with project schedules and making sure everything is on track. There are only a few of us, so everyone does a bit of everything. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee, and the smell usually fills the whole place by ten in the morning. The desks are always covered in notebooks and pens. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. We just have meetings around the dining table. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we are all on the phone at once. We like being in this neighborhood instead of a big office tower. It is easier for people to drop by. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just focus on the projects and make sure the work gets finished.
